Our agents aren't cold calling or chasing leads. All incoming calls are already warm, already routed, and ready. We handle the pipeline so our agents can focus on what they're actually good at: helping people. We are expanding rapidly and seeking licensed agents interested in a flexible, rewarding career that allows them to work entirely from home.
Position Overview
This is a fully remote, work-from-home position, not a hybrid fully remote. You work from wherever you are, on your own schedule, as an independent contractor. You'll be taking inbound calls from people who are already interested in insurance coverage. No prospecting, no hunting for clients, no awkward cold outreach. The leads come directly to you. We're active in all states of the USA, so there's no shortage of call volume.
Estimated Annual Earnings: $85,000 – $95,000. That works out to roughly $7,083 – $7,916/month, or $40 – $45/hour all-in with commission.

- Stay up to date on state regulations and product offerings
- Keep your own schedule organized and show up reliably during your contracted hours
Commission Structure
You earn commission on every policy you write. The more calls you take and the better you get at matching clients to the right plans, the more your commission grows. There's no ceiling on what you can earn; your schedule is flexible, so you control your output.

Contractor Requirements
- A valid insurance license (Life & Health) or a genuine willingness to get one
- A working computer
- Reliable, stable internet connection

- Full-time availability, Monday–Friday
Independent Contractor Status
This is a 1099 position. You are not an employee of Halo Group. That means no taxes withheld, no employer-sponsored benefits, and no stock options.
